How long does the process take? +
Most moves take 8–12 weeks. We push to go faster and keep you updated on WhatsApp so you're never left wondering what's happening.
What's actually included in your fee? +
All the legal heavy lifting — contract review, enquiries, working with your lender, updating the Land Registry. Only disbursements (searches, Stamp Duty) are extra, and they're shown up front.
Will I have a dedicated conveyancer? +
Yes. You'll meet your conveyancer right after signing up, and they'll send proactive updates as your move progresses.
What if my sale or purchase falls through? +
Fall-throughs happen. If yours collapses and it's not your fault, we'll carry your work forward — even to a different property.
When do I pay you? +
A small upfront payment to get started. The rest isn't due until you complete. Clear breakdown up front, no surprises.
